It's true! From teaching bike education classes to ensuring that riders in iconic events like the TD Five Boro Bike Tour have the best experience possible, our volunteers make it all happen. To celebrate another great year with our wonderful volunteers, we threw a party. In addition to being dedicated and passionate about biking in NYC, our volunteers are also a whole lot of fun! October 24th’s Greenways and Greenmarkets ride marked the end of the 2015 Local Rides season! Each of the informative, community-based events in this series was a great opportunity to explore a part of NYC with a small group of your fellow area cyclists and guides. We picnicked in the park, pedaled through the past, rode on Summer Streets, biked to the beach, cruised the coast, and more!
