Bike New York offers classes and programs designed to provide young people with the skills and experiences they’ll need to enjoy the benefits of biking.

WHAT’S A CLASS?

A class is a 2-hour bike education session that teaches young cyclists the basics of riding a bike. Every Youth class is free and open to the public with bikes provided – part of our mission to help New Yorkers of all ages experience the joy and freedom of cycling.

WHAT’S A PROGRAM?

Bike New York’s Youth programs offer existing after-school and summer programs free bike education experiences for their students, including a variety of single and multi-week sessions made to get kids excited about riding in their city.
