From small-scale local rides to the world’s biggest charitable bike ride, there’s something for everyone—and the best part about it is that all proceeds from Bike New York events fund our free bike education programs.

If “magic hour” was a month, it’d be October. That’s why we’re bringing you Spoketober—our very own celebration of the freedom, fun, and exhilaration of cycling—in the heart of autumn. We’re challenging you to take daily rides through the 31 days of October. The more you pedal, the closer you get to winning awesome prizes and earning exclusive fundraising rewards. The best part: your October cycling journey powers free, accessible public bike education programming.

The 43rd Annual TD Five Boro Bike Tour was originally scheduled for Sunday, May 3rd. We’ve worked closely with our city partners and, despite our best efforts, we are unable to reschedule the Tour in 2020 due to the impacts and ongoing uncertainty of COVID-19. Our first priority is the health and safety of our riders. More information, including options for registered riders, is available here.

In response to the global coronavirus pandemic, we have made the difficult decision to cancel our 2020 Bike Expo New York event on Friday, May 1 and Saturday, May 2. We’re proud that the Expo offers cycling enthusiasts and industry innovators from around the world a rare chance to connect face to face, and we share in your disappointment in having to call this year’s event off.
