OUTDOOR LEARNING AREA

The Expo takes place on Pier 36 at Basketball City—299 South Street, New York, NY 10002. Note that Basketball City is located on the side of the FDR nearest the East River—it’s literally on the pier.

Personal Bike

Just saddle up, ride on down, and leave the rest to us—complimentary bike valet will be provided. We recommend using Google Maps to plan your route—be sure to check the bike icon. The CityMapper app is also a good choice.

Citi Bike

Two Citi Bike docks, located at Madison St. & Clinton St. and at Madison St. & Montgomery St., are just blocks away from Basketball City.

Train

The nearest subway stations are located at East Broadway (F) and Delancey St. (F, J, M, Z).

Lodging

We’ve partnered with onPeak to provide you with hotel options for your trip to New York. Through this partnership, Bike New York and onPeak are able to offer discounted nightly rates at hotels throughout the City—and the best part about it is that a portion of the proceeds from rooms booked through onPeak fund our free bike education programs.
