The Pioneer St & Van Brunt St Citi Bike station will be staffed by a Citi Bike team member allowing the station to operate at increased capacity. When you arrive at this station, please dock your bike as you would at any other station. It is each rider’s responsibility to properly dock their bike and end their trip. If you need assistance, feel free to reach out to the Citi Bike staff on site. This service is available on a first-come, first-served basis. We have limited availability based on off-station bike parking capacities, so check the Citi Bike app for live service status before riding.
