On the two days prior to the TD Five Boro Bike Tour, cyclists from across the country and around the world roll through to meet, greet, & talk shop with one another and 100+ exhibitors, from big brands to local innovators. There’s truly something for everyone. Prepping for your next big ride? Check out the latest in state-of-the-art gear, merch, product demos, giveaways, panels, contests, entertainment, food, and more!

With more than 100 exhibitors showcasing the latest in bikes, tech, apparel and more, it’s easy to forget about all the other good stuff going on at the Expo. Indoors, Expo attendees will find everything from fashion shows to panel discussions to how-to demonstrations, and outdoors we have a slate of on-bike classes. Best of all—it’s free!

Just saddle up, ride on down, and leave the rest to us—complimentary bike valet will be provided. Pioneer St & Van Brunt St

Friday, May 4: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Saturday, May 5: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

 

 

Pioneer St & Van Brunt St will be staffed by a Citi Bike team member allowing the station to operate at increased capacity. When you arrive, please dock your bike as you would at any other station. It is each rider’s responsibility to properly dock their bike and end their trip. If you need assistance, feel free to reach out to the Citi Bike staff on site. These services are available on a first-come, first-served basis. There will be limited availability based on off-station bike parking capacities, so check the Citi Bike app for live service status before riding.

Train

The nearest subway station is located at the Smith/9th Street Station (F,G). Get MTA bus & subway information here.

Google walking directions from the subway are here. See bus directions for a “less walking” option. We’ll also be operating a free shuttle service from Smith/9th Street Station to the Expo.

Bus

Take the B61 from downtown Brooklyn or from the Smith and 9th Streets (F)(G) stations and get off at Pioneer Street and Van Brunt Street. The walk is then approximately 4 long blocks to the venue entrance at Pioneer and Conover Streets

Driving

  • From Manhattan and Points North
    Take the Battery Tunnel (I-478-E) into Brooklyn. Continue onto the westbound Brooklyn-Queens Expressway (I-278-W) and immediately take the first exit on the right: Exit 26- Hamilton Avenue onto the service road. Stay to the left and make a left-U-turn at the intersection of Hamilton Avenue with Clinton Street/9th Street, then continue west along the westbound Hamilton Avenue service road. Continue on the service road to its end at Van Brunt Street. Turn left at Van Brunt Street, travel 2 blocks and then turn right onto Bowne Street to enter the terminal.
  • From Long Island and Points East
    Take the LIE west to the westbound Brooklyn-Queens Expressway (I-278-W, just after Exit 18 Maurice Avenue) and take Exit 26 – Hamilton Avenue onto the service road. Stay to the left and make a left-U-turn at the intersection of Hamilton Avenue with Clinton Street/9th Street, then continue west along the westbound Hamilton Avenue service road. Continue on the service road to its end at Van Brunt Street. Turn left at Van Brunt Street, travel 2 blocks and then turn right onto Bowne Street to enter the terminal.
  • From New Jersey and Points South and West
    Take the NJ Turnpike south to Exit 13. Cross the Goethals Bridge to I-278, Staten Island Expressway and cross Verrazano Bridge into Brooklyn. Continue north on Gowanus / BQE and exit at Exit 26 (Hamilton Avenue). After the exit, go down the ramp to Van Brunt Street to its end, make a left turn on Van Brunt and travel 2 blocks and turn right onto Bowne Street to enter terminal.

 

Parking

There is a parking lot available on site for $25.

 

Ferry Service

NYC Ferry operates between Wall Street / Pier 11 in lower Manhattan and Red Hook / Pier 12. Check the schedule here. Please note that the Ferry has strict limits on the number of bikes aboard each boat and runs only once an hour on Saturday; please plan accordingly and expect a longer wait.
