Overview
If you love people, come volunteer at Packet Pickup!
On the three days prior to the TD Five Boro Bike Tour, you’ll distribute rider ID kits to 32,000 riders, and help Tour weekend start off with the energy that only the biggest bike party in the world can bring!
Important Details
Dates: May 1-3, 2025
Duration of shift: 6-8 hours
Location: Center 415 in Midtown Manhattan
Age Restriction: Volunteers must be 18 or older on the day of their shift. Volunteers under the age of 18 can contact us at tourvols@bike.nyc.
Requirements: We request that all volunteers sign up in advance.
Perks: Complimentary breakfast and/or lunch, commemorative T-shirt, opportunity to register for next year’s Tour before public registration opens, and 50% off the registration fee for the Discover Hudson Valley or Twin Lights Ride.
No biking skills necessary. Volunteer groups are welcome!
